Kept me employed during the COVID-19 pandemic at full salary Remote work was an added benefit - no overall plan to return to office Great communication with regards to expectations and how the organization is doing overall.

Cons

I do miss the face to face interaction, but management tries to help with regular all hands Zoom meetings
