      - A product with an amazing traction - An engineering department with a great mindset and a common goal - 100% remote company but you will not lack human interaction - Company full of documentation + useful processes - Attractive packages (salary, work flexibility, Unlimited PTO, etc) - Tech is handled with a good balance between feature and reliability

      Cons

      - Internal tooling is really limited (But WIP) - Future of the company could be shared a little more
