      Pros

      Pearson offered a truly collaborative environment, and one of innovation and passion. Leadership supported my growth and gave me every opportunity to progress and sharpen my skills, even supporting time taken toward continuing education and community involvement. I felt supported, and truly valued as an individual contributor. The culture and "fun" element are definitely present here. The company also makes a significant investment in the benefits package, in both affordability and quality.

      I have no cons that come to mind. I would have stayed with Company if I hadn't relocated.
