Pros

Supportive team and a good place to learn the recruitment industry. New starters get solid training and guidance but there’s also trust to run your desk and manage your clients once you’re up and running.

Cons

As with most agencies, there can be pressure around targets during quieter market periods.

Pros

- Good commission structure - Excellent team mates - Excellent learning environment - Great support from Managers and MD - Brilliant training provided for newcomers to the industry

Cons

- Working from home during lockdown was a bit isolating - Not getting the opportunity to engage with colleagues face to face as often (I appreciate these are relating to covid and not specifically the company)

Working in Next Generation has been an amazing experience, high energy, fast paced and I love it! Couldn’t recommend highly enough

Cons

More general, working from home full time hard to build a rapport without having face to face interaction but that is the same everywhere
