      Pros

      Spencer is a great boss to work for, and he's very knowledgeable. Trains and supports his employees. Also easy to get along with. Company culture is very positive and you get to work with little supervision after training.

      Cons

      You have to work on-call hours sometimes, it's a dirty job, too.
