      Pros

      Great people who are kind and work hard. Health insurance is 100% covered by employer with unbeatable coverage. Beautiful facilities including onsite gym and pool. 20 paid time off days per year.

      Cons

      No paid sick time, so you either have to use PTO or work while sick.
