I'm surrounded by talented and supportive colleagues who push me to grow and learn every day. One of the standout aspects of KX is its commitment to professional development. The company actively encourages employees to expand their skills, whether through mentorship, training, or attending industry events like the Women in Tech conference, which was an inspiring and invaluable experience. Leadership is approachable and supportive, always open to new ideas and encouraging a culture of learning. There is a real sense of teamwork and shared success, making it a fantastic place to build a career.

      Like any fast-paced tech company, deadlines can be very demanding, but the challenge is rewarding and there is always a strong support system in place to help manage workloads.
