      Creative teams, hard-working professionals, and a nice, young atmosphere. There are many interesting projects and chances to grow. They have a really good relation with their employees.

      Pros

      Jollytech is a great company for employment, it offers a positive remote work environment. Jolly provides adequate training, and I have the opportunity to work closely with their CEO, who I believe to be a great person who has shares a lot of knowledge with me. Management responds in a timely manner every time there is a need to adjust efforts and new strategies for market development in order assure our success and see results .

      Cons

      Maybe update the list of customers we call in order to get the right people, and have accurate information in our data base/CRM.

      Pros

      Jolly Tech is a great place to work because of its supportive culture. The top management has not lost focus of the employees' wellbeing while chasing ambitious goals. A job with Jolly Tech looks good on my resume because I get a chance to write about the company's innovative products.

      Cons

      I can't see any particular shortcomings, looking from the employees' point of view. Maybe they should use an online project management platform. Makes things more organized.
