      Pros

      Unlimited PTO, fully remote, supportive teams, exceptional executives and senior leaders who practice human leadership. Exciting new company direction.

      Cons

      Team is lean right now but focused on what is ahead.

      Pros

      Schedule Flexibility Unlimited PTO/Sick-Leave Working remotely was the main reason I worked at Jane and it has helped me be there to raise my son and support my family Co-workers-everyone that works here is so amazing. The people really make this job. We are able to connect even working remotely The culture is awesome and I really appreciate working for a company that values women Wonderful management/leadership

      Cons

      There can be a lot of time-consuming tasks due to such manual processes. Looking forward to the future and tech upgrades.
