This is our goal for every employee and we are committed to helping team members learn and grow. To your point about architectural changes, like many startup companies managing market changes, we made difficult but necessary choices to adapt our organization and resources to ensure the health of our company and protect our ability to invest for the future. We recognize the uncertainty this caused for affected employees. We provided severance and transition support to help team members through the process. Anecdotally, several transitioning employees complimented the caring way this situation was handled. We appreciate your comments about leadership coordination and have shared them with management. We have a robust meeting and alignment cadence between C-level and middle management but recognize there are always opportunities to get better.
