      Great product portfolio in a smaller software company to allow access to all levels of management and technologies. With a global customer base you can grow to whatever limits you set yourself. The sky truly is the limit.

      Cons

      Flux and change over the last few years due to changes in the management team has been challenging for members of staff. People are afraid of changes but success and growth requires continuous improvement across all disciplines and practises.
