      Pros

      Competitive salary and benefits packages Hard work is recognised and rewarded Very fast-paced organisation, a lot of change Plenty of meaningful work to go around Loads of opportunities to progress and build a career if you have the right attitude. Excellent work-life balance A relatively flat organisational structure means you have access to the very top of the organisation.

      Cons

      There have been a lot of change within the organisation over the past 5 years. Lack of consistency in both Senior Leadership and strategy. You need to be resilient, able to handle change, and work on your own initiative. If you can do those things you'll thrive in Forcepoint
