The company benefits are really good. The compensation is above industry average. Women friendly policies and hardly anyone get's fired. Overall not a bad place to work.
Cons
The management is old, and some manager's are a bit sexist in their outlook. Lot of beauracracy goes on.

Good growth opportunity but still lacking direction.
Cons
being a part of Aditya Birla group it is still lacking that perspective which TATA companies have. Need to go way ahead to match the standards of TATA.
