Completely in the dark ages. Nothing like I was told it was. I started looking for another job Day 1 in orientation. They think they are a progressive company. They think they know what they want in employees. But at the end of the day, they still are a small minded company who wants to be in the big corporate world- they are not ready. They don't want suggestions from those that have worked in other companies besides theirs.
