I feel nothing is wrong here. I personally enjoy myself here by learning some good things.

I was able to gain confidence while providing meaningful care while working here as an RBT. The daily sessions felt intentional rather than overwhelming, the supervisors were personable, and the training was organized.

Documenting sessions can take a lot of time, particularly during busy weeks when client schedules overlap.
