      Pros

      Get to work with high-end fashion, arts & culture, etc clients. Talented staff. Exciting agency in general.

      Cons

      Very common & expected for designers to work past office hours (sometimes past 10PM). Difficult to take time off because of number of projects happening at a given time + limited staffing. Quick to let go of staff if they aren't a right culture fit.
