      There's room for growth, opportunities to learn, significant benefits, fun planned events/social activities (even remotely), and most of the skills acquired are transferrable.

      Cons

      Working with teams in different time zones can present some challenges.

      Pros

      There's no doubt that the best part of working at Content IQ was the people! There is an awesome group of coworkers awaiting you in this building. The atmosphere is fun and engaging, and the work is the same. I feel like I learned a lot in the position while feeling very supported by the staff and my direct management. I would recommend this company to anyone looking to get started in this business.

      Cons

      As writer sometimes the work can get a bit repetitive so you have to find ways to spice things up for yourself.

      Pros

      Business wise very results driven and operates as a nimble start up even though it is now bigger. The people are what makes it special. Everyone has each other's back and there is a strong collaborative, open, teamwork vibe. Gives a great feeling at the end of the day.

      Office can be loud sometimes..
