      Pros

      There was no shortage of interesting and challenging problems to solve and the peers that I worked with had an amazing attitude when faced with difficult challenges. Working together with the engineers on the team is something that drove me to be better at my job and to grow my skills each day.

      Cons

      Being a remote company made it difficult to make connections outside of working hours.
