      Working as a Deputy Manager – Documentation & Reporting in Bhasan Char was a highly meaningful and purpose-driven experience. The role provided significant exposure to humanitarian operations, particularly in a complex and sensitive context. I had the opportunity to strengthen my skills in report writing, data coordination, and donor compliance while working across multiple sectors such as education, WASH, and protection.

      The working environment in Bhasan Char can be challenging due to its remote location and limited mobility.
