Mission-Driven Company with Great People and Plenty of Opportunity to Grow

Pros

I've had a great experience working at AcuityMD. The mission is meaningful, and it's rewarding to work on a product that helps accelerate patient access to medical technologies. The company is backed by strong investors and continues to grow, which creates a lot of opportunities to take on new challenges and develop your career. One of the biggest highlights is the people. Everyone is collaborative, supportive, and genuinely cares about helping each other succeed. I've also really enjoyed the company offsites. They're thoughtfully planned and provide a great opportunity to connect with teammates across the organization.

Cons

Like most startups, priorities can shift quickly, so it's important to be adaptable and comfortable with change. Work-life balance can occasionally be challenging during particularly busy periods, and I'd love to see a 401(k) match added as the company continues to grow.

Pros

Exciting place to work where you’re given real autonomy and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact. The people are amazing, everyone genuinely supports one another and steps in to help whenever needed. There is strong alignment around the company mission, which creates a motivating and purposeful environment. Even as a remote company, they invest in bringing employees together multiple times a year, which helps strengthen connections and culture.

Cons

As a growing, fast-moving company, priorities can shift quickly and processes continue to evolve, so flexibility is important. The level of ownership and accountability is high.
