A place where I've genuinely grown professionally
Pros
I've been part of this organisation for four years now and from day one it's been a place where I've grown, both in my role and as a professional. The learning and development opportunities have been one of the biggest reasons I've stayed. I've been encouraged to build new skills, take on meaningful responsibility and step outside my comfort zone, often earlier than I expected. Leadership has consistently invested in my development, not just my output, and that shows in the way I have been trusted with responsibility. The work is purposeful, expectations are high, and when you're willing to learn there's a huge opportunity to develop. Looking back, I'm far more capable and confident than when I joined and a lot of that comes from the opportunities I've been given here.
Cons
Because the team is small, you're visible. There's nowhere to hide, but equally there's nowhere to get lost. If you're proactive and enjoy taking ownership, you'll probably thrive.
