      This is a great company to work with, especially for people who genuinely want to grow in their careers. One of the biggest highlights is the Work Integrated Degree program, also provides training and upskilling programs. The work culture is supportive, management is approachable. You get good exposure, learning opportunities, and a sense that the organization cares about your long-term future, not just short-term results.
