I had the opportunity to interview directly with the head of the group, which made the conversation feel both meaningful and personal. The discussion lasted around 30 minutes and had a relaxed, friendly tone throughout. Most of the questions were fairly standard — the kind you’d typically find when preparing for common interview prompts — focusing on my background, motivations, and general problem‑solving approach. I also took the chance to introduce myself in more depth, talk through my experience, and highlight what I could bring to the team. Overall, it was a positive and comfortable interaction.
