The experience was pleasant. The process was Swift and straightforward. The PI asked a few technical questions and behavioral questions. A panel made of team members asked a few questions. Decision was made in a few days.
It was about compatibility and whether I was a good fit for the lab. It was a quick interview and casual then I asked some questions about the time commitment and whether we would be meeting in person
