Lagardère Travel Retail interview questions

Process very classic, no challenging questions 1st round with HR 2nd round with N+1, very good feeling 3rd round with N+2, asked about long term career in Finance or Operations I did all the 3 rounds then was ghosted. I sent mail to the HR to get some feedback but no reply at all. Later I saw another Business Analyst open position and I tried again to contact the HR by mail and still no reply at all. This is really disrespectful.
