I applied through other source. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Condé Nast (London, England) in May 2016
Interview
I applied by posting my CV and cover letter. The first round of interviews consisted of a psychometric test with around 15 other candidates, where you had to tick boxes for questions about your personality traits. A few questions at the end required written answers such as 'How would your enemy describe you?'. During the 45 we had to do the test we were called away individually for a very short interview with the Classified Director, Shelagh Crofts. She asked brief and simple questions. I was phoned the next day to say I had been accepted through to the second round of interviews.

Where do you see yourself in five years?

Interview
Bit of a different interview format to other companies.
1st Interview: in-person resume screening, very brief.
2nd Interview: all about your childhood and your involvements at school.
(Didn't get a 3rd Interview - but I think it's with one of the managers and probably more job-specific)
All the staff were really nice and friendly but I think they look for a very specific fit (think posh, ex-head girl from London who plays netball) and are unlikely to go for anyone who doesn't fit that because they get new applications all the time from people who do.

Interview
This was pre-covid and I travelled a long way for the interview without travel expenses paid. The interview itself was less than 5 minutes long. Also had to complete a test on paper asking interview style questions.

Interview
Very quick interview, everyone in the group I was with were interviewed for under 5 minutes each whilst the rest answered a personality questionnaire. Only asked about three questions, what magazines of theirs I read, when I was ready to start and my previous experience.
