What does your AD do besides consolidating updates?

    AD job in Verizon is one of the luckiest and dream job for many, you got to do nothing. You have Mgr and Principal to do your job just have to echo it.

    Monitoring the RTO of each and every employee, checking employees’ in-time at the office, chit-chatting with other AD managers, having tea/coffee for an hour, lunch for another hour, planning trips to other office locations (Chennai/Hyderabad/Bengaluru) and pushing the team to prepare(pretend) AI use cases and enjoying — this is what my AD does.

A few folks received calls last month regarding fake LTA bill submissions, and now there’s a follow-up call scheduled this. Is there a high chance this leads to termination? Anyone been through this recently?
