Hello, My CV has been shortlisted for the Manchester IT Solutions LLC. For python developer. My second round is Basic Screening Test of English and Aptitude. How I should go ahead with this? What things I should keep remember? It will be 10 min test so how I should attend it and all I want to know. Please share your experience and insights on this so that it will be helpful for me to do preparation before I will attend. Your response will be valuable. I got the mail today 10 August 2024.
I am average performer technically and don't have that smart communication skills as well ..I survived for 11 years in IT with this. Now I am feeling tensed becoz expectations are more from me and leadership is needed now. Please guys tell me how can I survive for few more years.Atleast I need to work for 5-6 yrs more. Will it be possible with this average skills.Anyone is having same issue like me.please give some advice or mantra to sustain for few more years.I am loosing hopes and confidence
I have about 11.5 YOE. My current base is 53 Lakhs PA + 10% variable + Retirals like EPF etc. I got an offer for Level 5 IC from Avalara for 65 Base + 15% variable + Retirals like EPF etc + Joining Bonus of 10 Lakhs (clawback of 1 year). Im already at Level 5 IC at present and theres a internal motion running to have me move into Managerial track as a Manager- which is also a Level 5. Should I consider this offer?
I have 16+ exp (AVP) in Peformance testing mostly, last 1-2 years working in Automation along with Python. Upskilled myself in AI/ML since last 2 years. in CV showing AI/ML exp as 6+ yrs and rest 10 yrs in misc area like testing, cloud with CICD etc. For last few months workplace became very toxic, hence tried to switch in AI/ML but getting very fewer call, most of the applicaiton are rejected. Thinking to put paper w/o offer and use the last 30-45 of 90 days NP. What's your advice?

I just got mail from them yesterday they asking 800rs for key before submitting all the documents so I'm confused it's legit or not

I also got the Provisional Offer letter from that company recently. I found nothing about the company in Linkedin or any other social media. Check some videos on YouTube about that.

yeah true those 2 rounds happened without any protection i left the when doing test but still I qualified lol i think there is no meeting because everyone getting same offer letter with same package

Still didn't know whether it is fake or real .In my point of view I think it is fake. We attended just 2 online rounds and those exam also happened without any protection like cam,mike and no one directly contacted by Hr or company members. Is anyone attended meeting??
I also recieved a mail just now to join. The only thing I found online is their company website which was in their mail.

Do you have any further approval or result about the hiring process?
