How long does Dell technologies interview process take, like from the time the last interview is done, how long do they take to give a verbal confirmation from the HR and to release offer? Thanks.

Resigned from LTIMindtree in March 2026 with LWD in May. Despite being a top performer for 2 years and consistently receiving 4/4 ratings, my final rating was reduced to 1/4 after resignation, which impacted my variable pay eligibility. Disappointing experience, especially when my managers acknowledged my contributions and performance throughout the year.
2.8 LPA → 27 LPA. Just signed my first switch. 5 years ago, I joined HCLTech as a Manual Tester. Since then, my journey took me through Data Analytics, Data Engineering, and eventually GenAI. Once I got into GenAI, I started interviewing seriously. There were rejections, lessons, and plenty of learning along the way. Thanks to everyone who trusted me with opportunities beyond testing. A lot of late nights, self-doubt, learning, and growth. Worth it.
Be careful,guys....If you get selected in a company and have already cleared the L1 and L2 rounds, but the final HR negotiation round is still pending, and your notice period is one month or more, then if they find an immediate joiner, they may stop focusing on your profile. So it’s better to clarify these things in advance. Nowadays, this is happening on a very large scale.

I applied via linkedIn which redirected to their site and was interviewed last week and this week. I don't think there is a hiring freeze in dell.
There is hiring freeze in dell but i guess not for senior roles. For senior roles every company is open the issue is mainly for the entry level roles
