Has any one tried scaler or interview kickstart for MAANG preparation ?
Need genuine career advice. I have multiple offers and I’m confused considering age (32), marriage plans, growth, salary, learning, stability, and long-term impact. Role is Data Scientist/AI/ML. Offers: EY – 24 fixed + 8% variable LTM – 23 fixed + 10% Capgemini – 23 fixed + 10% Volkswagen GDS – 24 fixed + 10% Publicis Sapient – 27 fixed Metro GSC – 27 fixed Tiger Analytics – 27 fixed (Hyderabad) Most are Pune-based except Tiger. Which would you choose and why?
Resigned from LTIMindtree in March 2026 with LWD in May. Despite being a top performer for 2 years and consistently receiving 4/4 ratings, my final rating was reduced to 1/4 after resignation, which impacted my variable pay eligibility. Disappointing experience, especially when my managers acknowledged my contributions and performance throughout the year.
Hi, My current ctc is 13LPA and TCS is offering me 15LPA. I wanted to know once they generate the offer then can I negotiate again? If I reject the offer saying that it’s not what I’m expecting then will be revise it? Teck stack: Java, Spring boot, Microservices 4 yoe
80+ LPA Is that even a reality or just hope? Kindly exclude all CXO types roles.
Pls help me choose BP: 24 LPA fixed + 2 LPA Bonus + 0.5 share buyback - Pune Ascendion: 27 LPA Fixed - BLR Publicis Sapient: 26 LPA Fixed - Gurgaon (Near home) Easebuzz - 27 LPA Fixed - Pune EXL - 26 LPA Fixed - PAN India People are saying BP gives more than 100% bonus sometimes, plus BP is a PBC and seeing current market job security is best in BP. Not sure what to choose.
Nhi, bahut fee h
Scaler will teach you in O(n*logn) time but with hefty fees O(n!) Whereas Interview Kickstart will teach you at O(log n) time with 1/3rd fees of scaler O(n*2)
Scalar is a scam
Yes there’s one way to look at it and sure you do make a great point. From what I’ve seen I took a GL course and it’s price was way higher than the Scalar one and it added no value in the end. Compared to what my friend did at Scalar, those classes helped him understand the way of thinking for solving the problems and he had a dedicated mentor w/ weekly mocks and checkins. If you’re spending that much money there’s surely value provided by them ( my pov ) . That’s how it was when I last checked w/ him, now Im not sure how they’re conducting the course. But yes you can prepare all this by yourself as well, in the end khud karo ya kisi aur k saath karo karna aapko hi hai.
