Does anyone know how leave encashment is calculated while leaving the company ? Is it calculated on our fixed amount or only basic pay ?

I joined in Sep 2025 and have not received either the salary hike or variable pay. I was informed by both my HLM and HR that I am not eligible due to being on the bench & not being billable. Noticed that some employees who joined in January & February received both. Could you please clarify the eligibility criteria and let me know if there is any possibility of reconsideration in my case? If I am not eligible now, will I receive it later as arrears once I am allocated to a billable project?

Recently got an offer for senior manager operations , Bangalore . Looks like there is an internal vendor which manages operations ( Infra, cloud services , network security ) and I will have to manage them and overall operations . Any idea about the work culture ? Appraisals? Promotions ? Overall growth ? Any help is greatly appreciated.
