There is nothing like job security in Nokia, previously people were happy in Nokia even in less salary as Nokia was not doing unnecessary layoff but now a days there are layoff every month/quarter and same time hiring as well for same role,on the name of autinomy and more power middle management has become directionless.

Don't join nokia anytime... you won't feel like working in MNC or product company. Cheap higher management with nano tracking. I have experience with nsp team in Alcatuel Lucent nokia project. Overall nokia is not for new joiners they are hiring indirectly relatives and friends. Narrow minded seniors. They don't know what KT is.
