So LTI MINDTREE has marked my bgv as red because in 2019 I was paid for my last 19 days of employmeny in cash by my employer and I couldn't produce bank statement for it. I have shown 15 months bank statement and my pf history but due to this 19 days my BGV is red. Hr asked me to get justification of employment from my employer and I have given that as well. What are the chances of my BGV going

I have cleared L1, L2 and even the HR round as well. And HR discussed abt my expectations and documents submission is also done. As I received +ve feedback, I resigned my current company nd rejected 1 more offer. Again, HR scheduled a client evaluation round and rejected my profile for not having experience in Tosca and playwright Automation tools. But this automation experience had never been discussed initially with me. No idea what's wrong with LTM hiring process.

Completed all interview rounds including technical, face-to-face, and HR discussions for an ETL Testing role. After investing considerable time and travel expenses for the in-person interview, I was informed at a later stage that the company could not proceed with my candidature. I would appreciate more transparency and earlier validation of eligibility criteria to improve the candidate experience.

Hi, I participated in recent servicenow drive in hyderabad and got selected.So far didnot receive any update or email confirmation feom HR that i got selected.But during the deive i have completed 3 rounds and also was taken photograph with ID proof as well. Please help me to proceed on this
