I had my first team matching round in Cohort hiring JPMC (Mumbai) and now I will be having CTC discussion with HR, My current ctc is 6.5 LPA (Product Based) and I have 9 LPA fintech startup offer with 2.5 years of exp total. so what CTC should I target. I haved heard Associates range is 20- 35 LPA but will depend on my previous CTC? How to approach HR round and negotiate as this is my first switch.

It’s Citrix workspace. Pretty much runs in both windows and mac. And that’s the only standalone application you would need to get in the VDI.
Further to add on, it may ask to download some additional files, just click okay and proceed further.
