Is it worth to join Capgemini leaving Deloitte USI consulting practice with around 27% increased salary and to Manager level from Sr. Con?

Hello All! I work as an associate at Bain ( BCN) and I'm looking for a job change. I've spent 5 years here and have a background in data analytics even though I come from a non tech background. I find myself really lost, I can't figure out which type of roles should I apply for, and which companies should I target. Anyone who knows a good career coach can you please DM or drop a comment below? Thanks.

I am working in Deloitte USI. Due to office politcs, I am serving PIP right now. Initially I was putting more efforts thought tech lead and Manager will have some work ethics but they were trying to find loop holes and raising points on them, and even my coach is also from the same location, so she is also not putting my case fairly. Instead of wasting my energy fighting with them, now I've stopped putting more efforts from my end. My PIP end date is coming 8th July.

I am working in IBM since 15 years now, I have a offer with Infy, I am really getting a mixed reactions about going from IBM to Infy, I am confused whether its really makes more different in terms of work culture. Also IBM is trying to retain me with almost same packagez so need suggestion will it be a good switch or not.
