Bait-and-Switch — CGI (P&C Business Unit) Cleared 2 technical + 1 client round for a P&C BU role. Negotiated from ₹15L to ₹17.5L — recruiter agreed. After 3 rounds, they said "budget is only ₹15L." Back to square one. They wasted my time across 3 rounds just to lowball me with the same number. Zero integrity. Get EVERYTHING in writing. Verbal offers mean nothing at CGI. Pros: Interview process was organized Cons: Salary bait-and-switch after clearing all rounds
Im selected for CGI for PNC GCC. Had PNC client round before offer letter and cleared it. Details: Java Lead, Hyderabad CGI-PNC Knowledge city They said they will be moving me to PNC payroll in coming years. Anyone working for similar role ? please let me know would you recommend joining here ? How are the work hours ? Hybrid or WFO ? How about tech stack ? Do they have microservices? How about AI usage ? Are they provigind any agent subscription like copilot or cursor integreated into IDE ?
Hi Everyone I have 5.7 years of experience as devops engineer. I currently have two offers and my LWD is 19th of June. CGI: ₹22 LPA fixed + 5% variable Blue yonder (product based): ₹19 LPA fixed + 5% variable (excluding gratuity) Which one is better to choose considering growth, learning opportunities, work-life balance, and job stability? Any insights from current or former employees would be helpful.
