Who in the hell thought open floor office plans were a good idea? We were pulled from our WFH setups to work in an open floor plan. There is no privacy and I can hear everyone's conversations. It's so hard to focus. Not to mention the smells. Everyone's perfumes, colognes, and lunches merge together and the air is so toxic. How is this setup supposed to improve our productivity?

Big 4 salaries come with big burnout risks. I'm currently at Deloitte, and I'm running on fumes. However, I'm too afraid to take a step back or take time off because I never know when layoffs will hit and I don't want to be seen as weak. So I keep pushing myself.
