We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Lead Analyst to join our Corporate Trust team. This role is located in Wexford.

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:
Work closely with our clients as well as our Relationship Management and Product Management teams to onboard clients. Prepare clients for entering new accounts by explaining and articulating the level of documentation required, regulations and market expectations.
Be involved in EMEA client growth strategies – both in development and execution
Conduct market analysis and collate data analytics to support the commercial and growth aspects of the business.
Ensures that BNY Mellon complies with ‘Know Your Customer’ (KYC) Legislation for all applicable local jurisdictions and the Bank’s own Internal KYC Policies. Prepares or reviews profiles that have been flagged for escalation during the profile renewal or new business process.
Leads and participates in internal activities and initiatives designed to improve the client experience. Uses knowledge of client services best practices and BNY Mellon client needs to help develop process improvements.

To be successful in this role, we are seeking the following:
Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
2-5 years of total work experience preferred. Experience in Relationship Management, Client Services or Account Management preferred.
Proficient in Excel, Power Point and Data Management
