Job Description

Applications are invited for the temporary post Electrical Engineering in the UCD School of Electrical and Electronic Engineering.

The School, in collaboration with the UCD Energy Institute, now wishes to make a temporary academic appointment in Electrical Engineering in the areas of electric energy systems, electrical machines and drives, energy storage systems, and/or power system protection. The person appointed will have a strong record of research and accomplishment in fundamental scientific areas underpinning these areas with particular emphasis on teaching and research areas of relevance to the School. It is also expected that the appointee will have the qualifications and experience to deliver high quality research-informed teaching and learning up to Masters level, contributing to Bachelors and Masters degrees in Electrical Engineering.

b> 95 Lecturer/Assistant Professor Above the Bar Salary Scale €51,807 - €79,194 per annum
Appointment will be made on scale and in accordance with the Department of Finance guidelines
