Data Center IT Analyst

Technology, Platform, Engineering & Operations (TPEO) are looking for highly motivated technical analyst that has experience in data center build out/Migrations and decommissions. Candidate should ideally have basic knowledge cross platforms i.e storage, network, and compute. This role will see the successful candidate slot into the Compute Env Eng (CEE) team and assist in priority projects globally, to assist in day to day meetings, minutes, weekly project boards and Bi-Weekly RAID meetings. Candidate will be a key contributor in working with their peers in helping collaborate data and move the team forward.
Duties include, but are not limited to the following

Self drive and global collaboration within the team
Assists CEE team with multiple data points to deliver on pressing priorities
Assist CEE team to manage, prioritise and drive milestone deliverables on a daily, weekly and Monthly basis
Review and contribute plans, risks and issues within Compute Env Engineering space - JIRA
Collaborate with peers to support CEE integrated roadmap of key Milestones per workstream/initiative
Adhere to SSBT internal compliance and regulatory standards
Support any financial data tracking points
Assist, track and ensure sign off on any Statement of Works to deliver responsible projects

Specific Qualifications/Skills:

Demonstrated Team collaboration within a financial institution
3+ years' experience in supporting large scale IT programs
JIRA experience - managing Kanban, Backlogs, Issues and Plans
Data center and platform infrastructure knowledge,
Knowledge on Project tooling
Experience working with multi-stakeholders, multi-vendor environment; Be able to work with teams in remote locations.
Experience working in Service Delivery environment or similar with knowledge of ITIL processes and qualified to a minimum of ITIL Foundation is a plus
Experience working in multi-national financial institution

Level of Education:

Degree or above

Previous Level of Experience:

3+ years of experience in a similar role
