Kefron Credit Control Position

Job Title: Credit Controller / Accounts Receivable
Duration: Fixed Term Contract – 6 Months
Dept: Finance Department
Location: Hybrid - 2-3 days per month in the Head Office Dublin 12
Position Reports to: Credit Manager
Date: 05/09/2023
Salary: €30,000 plus bonus; pro rata and doe

Job Purpose:
Assist in streamlining an automated accounts management system for the SAAS industry
Achieve Cash Collection and DSO Targets
Issue of monthly Invoices/Statements to customers
Resolve customer queries to facilitate payment
Performance of duties in accordance with best practices and company policies

Main Duties / Responsibilities

Ensure the debtor’s ledger is effectively maintained
To reduce the DSO
Initiative-taking resolution of customer queries
Account reconciliations
Invoice processing / Month End duties
Dunning Process - escalate to Credit Manager following processes
Liaise with sales and operations to resolve any invoice queries
Send out copy invoices and statements when requested
Function as an integral part of the credit control team
General Administration
Assist with Ad Hoc Tasks for the Finance Team

Principal Qualifications Required:
Experience of using an automated credit collection system would be a strong advantage
Working in the SAAS Industry would be an advantage
Finance based Accounts Course
Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel) is essential

Work Experience Required:
2-3 year’s experience working in a credit control environment

To have the ability to set realistic individual objectives to drive departmental goals
High level of proficiency with computer systems such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
