Pros
Good company to grow and get exposure to large multi national environment and corporate structure. A lot of cross functional collaborations.
Cons
Long working hours and a large workload but management is making sure you don't have too much on so that it doesn't impact the quality of your output.
Advice to Management
Carry on a good job maybe rethink employee perks sometimes you want to be perceived as hip and able to make changes quickly but in reality catching up is slow.
