The Role:
The successful candidate will support the delivery of the Change Programme for KBCI
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
Working alongside the Change Management team to deliver on a considerable portfolio of projects duties will include:
  • Scheduling & facilitating workshops to document clear Business Requirements
  • Manage and co-ordinate change requests
  • Document Functional Specifications
  • Manage traceability matrix
  • Manage & monitor project gates
  • Responsible for managing project related risks
  • Support Implementation work
  • Assist in the development and production of procedural / workflow documents for the Change Team
  • Monitoring deliverable dates and working closely with the project teams to ensure adherence to these deadlines.
  • Assist the project managers in managing budgets and expenditure, including reporting of € costs to date.
  • Document issues raised by business owners and assist in preparing reports solutions to address same.
  • Coordinate meetings to support the project, including taking and documenting minutes of meetings and distribution to relevant parties.
  • Prepare project reports as required by the team.
  • Tracking project status with all project owners and reporting on status as required

Essential Experience and Qualifications:
  • 3rd level qualification in a relevant discipline plus 5 years’ experience in a similar role.
  • Strong analytical skills and proven ability to deliver accurate, relevant and timely information.
  • Strong ability to work with stakeholders at all levels within the organization to analyse underlying trends and issues and translate these into specific requirements.
  • Proven experience of working with both business and IT stakeholders.
  • Strong knowledge of reporting tools and data sources and ability to create reports to a high standard.
  • Excellent organizational skills and a proven ability to manage multiple priorities and ensure that deadlines are consistently met.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft office products such as (project, powerpoint, excel, visio etc).
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and deliver results working to tight deadlines and show good commercial judgment.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the competency to work both on an individual basis and as part of a team.
