    Job Description

    • Work comfortably and effectively with the product owner, agile development team and other stakeholders in a highly matrixed environment.
    • Work across all phases of the software development life-cycle and be responsible for defining clear user stories, reviewing designs, testing, documentation, maintenance, and some user support.
    • Demonstrate an understanding of business and technical requirements for each assigned project.
    • Ensure that user stories are accurately defined and understood by the development team
    • Define acceptance criteria and validate the developed solution
    • Utilize company specific project management tools, and Content Management Software to work on projects efficiently and effectively within a team.
    • Provide input for product documentation and collect screenshots and updates.
    • Assist in usability and software testing.
