      Positive Outlook

I have been working at Aon full-time (More than a year)

      Pros

I am talking only about cut-e and not about AON in general. Great environment, young and dynamic colleagues, sense of belonging to a team, a lot of autonomy, exposure to people from different cultures, very steep learning curve, quick progression if driven, recognition of your own skills, quick salary progress, flexibility.

      Cons

At times extra hours required. Some inefficiency in the middle management that lead to wastes of times. Too much alchool in the company social events (but I think this is due to the Irish culture rather than to the company one).

      Advice to Management

The culture of the company of autonomy and personal growth is great. I have seen some tendency, during the expansion, to have more control over the new employees. It protects them from making mistakes, but it leads to inefficiency and to slower grows.
