It's Time To Talk day, where we are all reminded to take time to reach out to friends, family, and colleagues. It encourages open conversations and helps to end the stigma that often surrounds mental health. So today, we're focusing on how make time for meaningful moments. It can sometimes be hard to know how to reach out, or what to say so here are some tips for how to get the conversation started. And remember, you don't need the answers. It's about giving someone the time to share how they're really doing. The more we feel comfortable talking about mental health, the more we can support each other.
