PTSB Data Analyst Salaries

I work for a major bank and am making $140k now for my role. Glassdoor list my salary as only $68k for my location. How do I negotiate a raise? I've been here 2 years now and this is my first real job out of college. In the past during my summer jobs I would say "I would like this because on glassdoor that is the average". Now I am unsure cause glassdoor is saying I make too much which can't be true since I didn't negotiate when they hired me starting at $120k.

I was approached with a Vice President opportunity at Nomura within the Finance Controls position. I have 8 years of experience, a CPA and an MBA. Is asking for $180-190 base reasonable ? What is a typical bonus percentage I can expect and is that negotiable.
