NEXT Business Salaries

I want to plan a honeymoon to Costa Rica but have no clue where to start. Would like to stay around $10k for a week or so. Do not want a large resort. We want smaller, more intimate, less crowded. I love the beach and pool and my husband loves activity and adventure so a combo of both. I’ve never used a travel agent so idk if that’s the route I should be going or not. Wanting to go in the next few months since we already had our wedding. Any recs super appreciated including hotels, area, etc.

I’ve been told by multiple partners recently “let me know before you consider leaving,” which makes me think that I’m either 1) giving off vibes that I’m looking elsewhere, or 2) it is more broadly realized I’m not accurately being recognized for my contribution. Being as self aware as possible, 2 has to be the case. What should my next steps be? I feel well under comped for my contribution and recognition. Im on the younger side of other directors, but am high performing.
