HubSpot Senior Software Engineer Salaries

I'm with a small company, and we are looking for a program LESS EXPENSIVE than Hubspot to manage tasks, specifically to record marketing calls and include detailed notes for approximately 4000 contacts. Bonus if I can drop constant contact for marketing emails (don't need automation on them).

Just got word from my employer that they’re going to do layoffs next week. Our division is going to be hit, but there’s a transition period where the talent department creates an outplacement plan for the rest of the laid off workers. People in transition get 3 months, then a bonus and severance, plus they keep their laptops. Our CHRO stated Hubspot does something similar. Anyone else have done this?

Does having Hubspot and google ad certifications really bump entry level salary? Or do anything?

Anyone here a Partner AE at Hubspot? Just finished my interview with the recruiter and moving onto next steps. How do you guys like the company/role? What’s the compensation like? What was the interview like?
