Struggling to understand Fortinet's future direction. Now, we won't get paid fully for multi-year deals until that year actually comes on the timeline. And, if we leave before that time (ex. yr 2 of 3 yr deal), then the company gets the revenue and doesn't have to pay us the earned commission. Sounds like pure theft to me! Lastly, if we get into the bonus pay, they will choose to hold the accelerator until Feb of the next year. Our stated OTE is now not attainable. expecting mass exodus!!
